DARKHORSEONE LIMITED and IATX Ltd Announce Strategic Cooperation to Enhance AI-Powered Solutions and Market Expansion
DARKHORSEONE LIMITED, a leading provider of AI-based HR and enterprise management software, and IATX Ltd, a specialist in data processing and efficient software development, today announced a new Framework Cooperation Agreement. This strategic partnership aims to foster mutual business growth and expand market presence, particularly in the UK and Asian markets.
Under the terms of the agreement, DARKHORSEONE LIMITED will provide its Omni4SME HR systems and AI-based enterprise management solutions (including CRM, ERP, OA, and BI), along with AI infrastructure services such as AI models, data, applications, and technical support, to IATX Ltd. DARKHORSEONE LIMITED will also integrate IATX Ltd’s products and services, particularly in data management applications, into its offerings.
In turn, IATX Ltd will leverage its JASP (Jet Application Services Platform) to deliver data processing, business application development, and consulting services to DARKHORSEONE LIMITED. IATX Ltd will also integrate DARKHORSEONE LIMITED's systems and services into customer solutions, focusing on AI-powered data management applications, and support DARKHORSEONE LIMITED’s market expansion and customer service initiatives.
The collaboration will operate on a project-by-project basis, with specific objectives, deliverables, and terms outlined in separate Project Agreements. Both companies will establish joint project teams to oversee planning, execution, and problem resolution, ensuring a streamlined and effective partnership.
Jian Ma, Founder of DARKHORSEONE LIMITED, and Emily XU, Founder of IATX Ltd, both signed the agreement on March 1, 2025, marking the commencement of a three-year cooperation period.
This partnership is set to significantly enhance the capabilities of both companies, bringing advanced AI and software development solutions to a broader customer base and strengthening their positions in key markets.
