  • Authentication telemetry and security logs needed to defend our services.
  • Usage analytics collected only from visitors who grant consent.

  • Deliver secure access to DarkhorseOne products.
  • Respond to enquiries, procurement requests, and incident reports.
  • Meet legal, accreditation, audit, and security obligations.

4. Lawful bases

We rely on contract necessity for core services, legitimate interests to safeguard infrastructure, legal obligation for compliance records, and consent for optional analytics or marketing updates.

5. Sharing & international transfers

We host data in UK and EU facilities with aligned security certifications. Suppliers only receive data required to provide contracted services, and transfers outside the UK/EEA use approved safeguards such as ICO standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Operational records follow Ministry of Defence retention guidance. Marketing enquiries are removed after 24 months of inactivity. You may request deletion or export at any time.
