Responsibilities

• Lead market research to identify customer needs and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain relationships with key marketing channels and partners in China
• Create culturally relevant content and campaigns for Chinese social media platforms
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure offerings align with Chinese market preferences
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results
• Represent the company at industry events and business meetings

• Experience in HR and digital solutions for SMEs
• Advanced knowledge of AI-powered business operations
• Demonstrated success in launching products in the Chinese market

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in market development roles focused on China
• Expert knowledge of Chinese social media platforms and marketing methodologies
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with deep understanding of Chinese culture
• Strong ability to identify and connect with appropriate marketing channels
• Located in the UK with willingness to travel internationally
• Proficiency with mainstream AI marketing tools
